Software designed for a particular need, a way of organizing work or a planning scenario can become a research instrument. Each experiment starts with a question and seeks insights that reach beyond the initial case.
Our approach is to make assumptions explicit, describe the conditions of the experiment, and document results, limitations and open questions. Observations inform reflection and help shape subsequent experiments.
